ORA-00600: [kteuproptime-2] SMU Undo possible corruption

Summary
You may have SMU (System Managed Undo) Undo possible corruption. If instance is down and fails to restart due to this error then set the following parameter, which will gather additional information to assist support in identifing the cause:
event="10015 trace name context forever, level 10"
1. Find the rollback segment that is corrupted and put it offline in the init parameter file.
_offline_rollback_segments=_SYSSMU6$
2. Statup the database in restricted mode
sqlplus "/ as sysdba"
sqlplus> STARTUP RESTRICT
3. CREATE a NEW UNDO TABLESPACE
CREATE UNDO TABLESPACE NPDEV_UNDO DATAFILE '/ora5/NPDEV/npdevdata/npdev_undo_01.dbf' SIZE 1000M;
4. SWITCH OVER TO NEW UNDO TABLESPACE
ALTER SYSTEM SET UNDO_TABLESPACE = NPDEV_UNDO;

SELECT * FROM dba_rollback_segs 
--WHERE tablespace_name = 'APPS_UNDOTS1'
5. STOP/START THE DATABASE IN RESTRICTED MODE remove initilization parameter
SQL> SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE
SQL> STARTUP RESTRICT
6. DROP OLD UNDO TABLESPACE

7. take OUT OF init.ora: _offline_rollback_segments + event="10015 trace name context forever, level 10"

8. STOP/START THE DATABASE
SQL> SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE
SQL> STARTUP
