APP-FF-33186: failed to execute BG_ABSENCE_DURATION

Summary
After upgrade to R12.1.3 when i open the People form the following error appears:

APP-FF-33186: failed to execute BG_ABSENCE_DURATION

This may because the formula needs to be recompiled or 
because the formula wrapper package needs to be regenerated.

Please recompile formula BG_ABSENCE_DURATION and try again. 
If the formula compiled successfully and there is still a problem 
then generate the wrapper package and try again

How to generate the wrapper package.
1. Login to the appsTier and go to $FF_TOP/patch/115/sql

2. Runs as apps user
sqlplus>@ffgenwrap.sql
